1200 rules using !ignore is bannable? Em-pow says so

Played +1200 and i have tried submitting ppl here for flaming before.
They generally flame fast and hard here. I post someone who flamed for 33 min straight and he gets 2 hours ban.
I was told that is why !ignore is there, e.g. the small bans periods.

NOW... this guy em-pow tells me that if i ignore ppl he can get me banned for it, and that he has done so many times.

So i would like an admin to tell me... can you get someone banned for ignoring other people on +1200 legion TD.

I prefer a yes or no answer.

Yes and no.

Ignoring 1-2 person is ok, but you should not be ignoring more than half of your team or all your team = cant communicate = refusing to teamwork.

If he still flames on several games, post all of them and we will lengthen his ban.
