For both of the game i was disconnected rather than leaving the game. Furthermore i think there is a case of mistaken identity as I am playing under the name watchandlearn and not ggb123 which is an account own by my brother. As we live together we would be using the same IP address and i am guessing due to some technical issues between his account and mine, i got disconnected. I would really hope that this ban could be lifted and perhaps some technical solution be offered. Thank you!
