Picking paladin when red picked wrong mode by accident

one guy in enemy team picked paladin instead of prophet.. can I get him banned or is it just red faults?

Nothing wrong with picking paladin race.

Red is the only one at fault.

Any mode can be played. It is just tat red has to announce any non-default mode in lobby, so players can decide to play or leave before game starts.
