[Civilization Wars] Disable !votekick in the game lobby

Please disable the !votekick function in the game lobby. I see no reason for a votekick there.
Who does not want the noobs, may join the next game.

Are you going to implement this?
It's sad to enter a lobby where a !vk is running (i usually join the next game in those cases). For what reason it's possible to kick someone in the lobby?

It was already implemented. I've restarted the Civilization Wars host bot so it has modification now.
