Removal of Auto-Kick

Hey I have a problem here. Everytime I join on a map that I haven't downloaded yet, ENT autokicks me after the Download Number reach 5 on some maps (Maybe because the map is too big?). [But on lan games I can still download even it's too big]
So please remove the auto-kick for downloaders.

Just download the map beforehand, so you wont get kicked?

Yeah i know it but some maps I still have to download it even I already have the map.
What I mean is, some maps are fake like that <_<
For example: Some maps have ~1, ~2 or whatever because some players are editing the map.
