Since the wiki lists that timestamps are needed and none were, I decided to watch the game played. Below in spoilers are what I observed and felt would be evidence towards or against the warranting of a ban. Timestamps are included. Below each spoiler is my analyses of the reason to his deaths.

8:50-8:58- player Wilhelm helps kill opposing Clinkz. Takes a lot of damage and is down to almost no health. Attempts to return to base.
9:05 player wilhelm dies to Shadow Demon's Global Ability(lucky guess on his part.)

This kill is due to enemy luck.

10:30 - Soonsar(Furion), Wilhelm(Harbinger), Indecisive(Zet), die from a failed gank on Sniper when Clinkz comes out on top of them. They do however get Sniper.

This kill is due to bad decision and a lack of map awareness on from all 3 players.

12:08 - Wilhelm dies after a failed attempt to deny the tier 1 Scourge tower that Clinkz is attacking. Clinkz Skele Walks and comes out on top of him. Wilhelm realizes(too late) to use spells. No one comes to help him.
The tower falls without any help showing up. This death looks to me to be the fault of the entire team. No one helped and he shouldnt have been that close up to two enemies with their quick-kill abilities.
13:00 Wilhelm is again bottom, attempting to farm when level 10 clinkz jumps him.
13:08 Wilhelm dies next to his tower attempting to run.
13:30 jaggedcrown calls for a kickvote based upon players stats because said player unintentionally fed an opposing teams player.
Wilhelm got caught overextending. Bad map awareness. This really showed me how much of a noob he was.

At this point, anyone with a moderate amount of experience in any MOBA could tell that Wilhelm is new. None of his deaths are intentional.


However, because it was stated that there were multiple games where he was constantly feeding and ruining the game I decided to look at a previous game he was in. The reporting player was also in the previous game, but was on the opposing team. Most of the lobby attempted a failed votekick on po_pope because he had no previous games played. In fact I believe it was attempted to votekick him 4-5 times even though the bot tells players not to use it on new players.

Player Wilhelm takes Naix, buys a ring of regen and goes bottom with Luna(po_pope)
7:13 Naix and Luna are pressured off creeps by a runed(illusion) Akasha and Leshrac. This turns into a kill on Luna by Akasha.
7:14-8:25 Leshrac and Luna push the tower/Naix backs up behind it but remains in XP range. During this time Luna revives and goes top and leaves Naix at bottom.
8:26 Naix fails an attempt to deny the Tier 1 bottom tower.
8:34 Akasha and Leshrac successfully run down Naix.
Luna did what could be the right thing in this instance, since there were 2 mids.(orange and blue had issues.)
However, since Wilhelm was a noob, he didnt know what to do in this instance. He was clearly doing what the saw as the correct action, but died for it.

9:13-9:57 - Naix is 1v1 in lane a Leshrac. nothing happens, Naix just stays out of Leshrac's range while getting xp.
10:22 Luna dies in a failed gank on Leshrac, however because Leshrac charged her into tower, Naix gets a kill on Leshrac(kill goes to Legion.)
NOTE: Naix did not engage Leshrac as he should have, but upon noticing Luna was chasing after, and then running from, Leshrac, he goes after him, only to be hit by Leshrac's charge. This allows Leshrac to auto down Luna, and then die to the tower.Naix goes back to farming bottom without anyone to oppose him. Middle is falling.
Again, due to his lack of experience and knowledge of situations, Wilhelm made a bad decision and wasn't paying attention.
10:59 LnT(nerif) gets dropped from lagging and voted out. Then startfromthe_(orange) leaves immediately afterwards.
11:45 Naix goes to farm jungle.
12:50 Naix ends up in middle with Thrall.
There is a hesitation in the actions of Wilhelm. It's like he does one thing, then second guesses himself. During this part it really shows. He goes from farming creeps(auto-attacking) to off the lane. He sit's there, like he's trying to figure out what to do. Then he goes into a Centaur camp and hesitates again. By the time he ends up with Thrall, it's like he has a little bit of confidence.

13:34-14:20 Naix helps Thrall with Veno respawn and Akasha. Scourge players back up. Naix goes back to jungle while Thrall backs to base to heal.
14:35 Naix is charged by Syllabear. Naix attempts to run but dies from Akasha showing up.
14:55 Thrall dies to Akasha, Syllabear, and Veno at Legion Tier 2 tower.
16:00-16:20 teamfight top. Legion loses the fight. Thrall/Naix/Axe/Luna die.
At this point Legion has 7 kills to Scourges 21. Luna has 8 deaths, Naix and Thrall have 3, and Axe has 5.
16:45 Someone is controlling orange(left) hero. It gets charged and dies at top Tier 2 tower.
17:30-18:30 jaggedcrown and yawnn get into an argument. It's childish, but It does occupy blue while all 3 of his teammates die.
19:00 legion team kills cloaked akasha middle. wilhelm gets credit for kill.
19:06 Random kills in base on Legion members by Scourge.
20:02 Legion dies bottom. Horrible decisions made. Naix dies just before getting inside the well.
22:08 legion gets spawnraped. wilhelm and smiley vote for a ff but blue and po_pope wont back it up.
I know I listed alot of events here. Through-out this part there really isnt much that Legion can do. They are pretty outleveled, out-farmed, and just out-played. The Snowball effect is in full swing. Really, the most experienced player, blue, isnt helping matters. Throughout the entire game you can tell Naix is a complete noob. His actions can all be chalked up to that single fact.


From the 2 most recent replays that Wilhelm is in, I have to say, he is guilty of being a noob and being a bad player. Nothing more. He fed, but not intentionally. He never broke any of the rules listed here: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:DotARules

Well after reviewing, yes Willhelm might be a bad player and a "noob" if you wish to call him that way. Yet he never did it intencionally nor did he played to ruin the game by any mean (He actually tried to play the game and tried to help).

@Yasuoka thanks for the review nicely done.

Still @javierbrown2008 , don't start votekicks based on emotions: You tried to votekick Willhelm since you were loosing and you wanted one guy to blame, when he never broke a rule. Votekicking just cause one player is bad is not allowed. Im letting you go this time, since the votekick wasn't sucessful yet if you happen to be found doing this again, a ban will be applied.
