I suggest you make the limit a little more higher, about lets say 300 kb, and 300/300 pixels!!

because we can*t even put a proper picture, I tryed alot of them and they were all around 134 pixels or 150 or 200 something till 300, thats why...

Then resize them so they'll fit. It's not difficult to do that.

Forum pages should load quickly, and not have one user's content taking up all the space. Excessively large avatars, whether in file size or dimensions, contradict that goal. This will not be implemented.
