Stagger king upgrades - opinions?

I think it would be good if the amount you could up the king was staggered with the units you can send i.e max hp 10 att 10 regen 10 until lvl 10, then 15 20 15 till lvl 15 then max when the opposing team can send demons. In most cases this wouldn't really affect the game, but may force the opposing team to at least burn a heal if the leak was very severe.

People are free to upgrade the king.

No reason to make a rule like this.
