Lost ELO where it should increase

I don't understand something.
I've had 1023 ELO, then played 354th game, which I won.
However, just before we won, and king was attacked really hard, all the players from the opposite team left.
I have no clue, whether it's connected with their leaving, but now I have 1004 ELO... which is impossible.
Is this some sort of bug or something?

Ehhhh just watched the replay. You lost during lvl 17.

Now, lets do the math.

1023(elo you had before the game) - 18.84(since you lost) = 1004.16 elo (which is what you have now).
