make a steam group page for ent

I'm not sure if there is already a steam group page dedicated for entgaming but we should make one. There are some DotA 2 players in this community we should do some ih's or 5 man queues :D

ENT has nothing to do with D2, so I doubt an official group will be created by the staff. Feel free to make one tho.

Steam has little relation to ENT.
