add hostbot to europe dota room 2 (garena server)

i play in garena for more than 4 years ago. and i just noticed that there is some room need host bots for dota games..
anyway i want to suggest to you to add this host bot to europe dota room 2 (garena client) in this room, there is low hosts that can host game so i think the bot will have many succes in this room

I don't think we want to deal with maphackers in dota from garena too :)

We have enough DotA bots, no reason to host in Garena as well on them.
