Just thought to add my two cents,

I have been in games where this happens and have !yessed myself on accident before realizing that I was the target of the vkick. When the lag screen is up and when someone !votekicks the amount of type on the screen can occasionally be hard to read or the name is can be blocked. Usually it is just so often that the vkick is against the lagger that people don't even read the name. I personally have no sympathy for people who perform this action and think it shows tremendous cowardice.
