Saying that saint should have hosted has little weight considering he still joined the game before it started and told you that he had been waiting for 30-40 minutes.

SlipperySlark shouldn't have kicked players, believe he violated the rules.

Secondly, you can't wait in channel lobby for a game.. From what I got, the first 5 people to join game lobby have priority to play next game along with winners. If there are less than 5 players waiting in game lobby, losers from last game get a chance to !roll to get into match. If there are 10 players, they can start new game, but if there are 6-9 players waiting in game lobby, last people that join game lobby can't get into match and must wait for next game.

The biggest problem here was that no game lobby was up due to players not knowing how to host next DIHL game, so they could wait in game lobby which caused so much confused with players saying "I also waited for next game".

Slipperyslark tried to ban me, when he left the game because he dont liked the picks from capt...
One day later i saw how him was abusing power kicking people and letting play only he want...
We tried to give him too many chance and he still doing the same things

Glad you both sorted it out between you and can move on , however there is still a clear abuse of 'owner' by slipperyslark

The Game Owner may not kick, ban, or mute a player. If you feel like a Game Owner is abusing his powers, please report that to a DIHL Mod and that particular player may lose rights to host games and could be subject to removal from the league.

Additionally you disconnected and therefore should have sat out of the next game.

As this is the second offense @slipperyslark not to be 'owner' for next 14 days (ending on 27/06/18). You can still host but you must immediately transfer !owner to another experienced vouched player upon joining the game

We are changing the way dihl games are hosted within the next week to avoid this situation again - an update will be posted shortly.

CLEARLY SlipperySlark did NOT learn his lesson the first time . (BTW the HEAD of ENT before he retired a month ago SAID this...NOT any forum moderator but the SUPER ADMIN said this about slipperyslark AND warned him. KEEP IN MIND THE OTHER COMPLAINT THREAD ABOUT SLIPPERYSLARK WAS ONLY MONTHS AGO!! NOT YEARS BUT MONTHS!!! How is not being allowed to host for 2 weeks a fair punishment? 2 weeks go by, maybe a month, maybe 2, and hes back at it AGAIN abusing. The only way I see it is you NEVER allow him in any position of power and you DONT go to "his" dota channel BECAUSE this is what fuels him. He cannot be changed, he will always be power hungry, and when the power isn't there he will go running into public matches on a 15 year old game and yell and anyone who wont place wards or listen to him when hes feeding. ITS A SHAME this man is still allowed to play on DIHL SERVERS!!!

Clearly this player has continued to abuse his power as a host of DIHL.

This decision doesn't belong to me, but it seems like he should be banned from hosting altogether. I doubt he will change is attitude in two weeks time.

In either event, for the record, this is strike #2.

Slippery is one of the most active members of DIHL and while I do think there are instances of abuse, he's still one of the most experienced and capable players to manage DIHL games. There is no doubt that there is tension among these players for various reasons and I think that played more into this than anything else. I do think Slippery should have come on here to explain his side of what had happened because I'm positive he has heard that others have reported him for abuse on the forums. Nonetheless, if I were in the position to determine the result of this, I would give him an absolute final warning with no exceptions. Slippery has been very active and instrumental in reviving DIHL games so he does deserve a lot of credit for that as well.

Going to add my OBJECTIVE 2 cents here, if there is irrefutable evidence for breaking the rule, which it looks like it has, make a decision on the consequence and discuss with the offender. Maybe it's just me, but this seems to be an easily solvable case.
