Public hosting bot - locations

Currently our public hosting system is centered in Atlanta, but we also have several host bots in Europe and Chicago (we're planning on adding more Europe ones due to recent demand).

We also have just one host bot in Seattle currently. There does seem to be a bit of demand there.

So anyway, this thread is about whether we should add hosting bots in more locations, such as more in Seattle.

Possible locations include:

• Seattle (already have one there, can add more)
• Russia
• Chile

Guess no one cares. Will add more Seattle bots if it becomes apparent that it's needed. Also considering Singapore location, has low latency to Australia.
