Creeps get stuck when tower built on top of them

Hello, new user to the forum. I have noticed that when you build a tower at the exact location a creep is, that creep gets stuck to the tower. It doesn't attack the tower or anything that I've noticed, it just stays in the same footprint as the tower until it gets killed.

It'll get stuck there for about 10 seconds or so then it should get pushed out, attack once, then leave. Issue low on my list of priorities.
