I think that the main issues is here is flame. I think that if @that-girl can address this issue that she would do well. Perhaps going for 5 days to a week without flaming in games would be a good demonstration?

Well... everyone is against, applicant has lied on a few occasions, has little to no maphack exp, has trouble reading simple rules, rages often, can't follow simple requests, etc, etc.

It is very hard to have someone with these qualities on the staff. I do not think you are a good fit for any kind of authority/leadership position.

I'm honestly surprised it has been open this long.

That was mainly because he failed to properly edit his application. Since he still hasn't corrected it as requested and the negative feedback from staff and community, your application is denied.

You may re-apply in some months after you've changed in ingame attitude and gained more experience in the field of maphack and tool usage.
