They also need to address this in 3.5 beta in our map, as currently anti-stucking disables wisps and resets units without aggro. Which map do we use?
It actually looks like they did a lot of significant balancing in beta 5 that is great - buffed zombie and wandigoo a lot (wandigoo looks kind of OP), buffed zeppelin and footman, nerfed tok, etc.
