Even builders have a chance of winning if they have no base. I once had an isolated game where my huntress solo'd Grani and 4 minis and still lived.
And that was because we were testing out if it was even possible for a single builder can do that.
But seriously, stalling shouldn't have to pertain to the builders because they either die within 5-10 minutes, or the titan can simply leave when it gets to that point.

Well there is nuke blocking for Arach and some other builders so depending on Titan's skill level and knowledge of the game may never end but it is sort of a bug or glitch which is bannable if used.
If you make another suggestion perhaps you should start a poll and see if it is a wide spread problem or if anyone else cares enough to support it since more support usually helps.
i dont see how wood pooling has an relavant to this topic. i dont see how builder attempt to win without base has to do with stalling, in fact i use this to disprove of one of burn claim that titan has ability to stall forever.
if u recognize that builder waiting a certain amount of time for specify advantage over titan is not consider stalling and therefore
not bannable. it would apply for titan, he can also spent a certain amount of doing something which might give an advantage over builder.
mechanism on how, is explain on of my post, titan can farm enough gold from wall as per burn's scenario
change the poll into also does who think that stalling rule to change into a kick able offense but not bannable.

Off topic: Bolt, you were warned not to edit your posts to a "." and you did so once again. Reported.
On topic: Builder stalling shouldn't be bannable period. Why is there a poll regarding the matter in the first place?
Edit: Bolt got reported twice in a single day for spamming. GG

Stealing others' work and calling it your own doesn't make you a professional map maker.

Mr bolt, this is the closest i can find to your original statement, apparently someone removed your post but from " Bolt, you were warned not to edit your posts ......" i presume you removed your post.
Pardon my lack of comprehension, "... you could easily take part the builders economy and his/her lumber supply.." does describe the process of wood pooling or you can rephrase it for my better understanding.
you recognize that waiting for certain time for an advantage does not constitute stalling as builder, i then explain using burn scenario this would be true for titan, then the conclusion is that your reasoning should apply for titan as well.
"I brought up attempting to win without a base since a builder appealing a stalling ban could say he was waiting for the next gold penalty" and "certain situations might have builders waiting for enough gold/lumber to get the upgrades to try to win even without a base"
Bolt1 wrote:seacow wrote: Titan standing around doing nothing is stalling sometimes he might be massing mini minions and buying items but watching a replay would show that. For builder he at least can get resources over time sure sometimes stalling is obvious for builder but other times it won't be.
i shall re-emphasis that titan doing nothing is not stalling rather refusal to play,
also again with that same line of reasoning, if waiting certain amount of time for an advantage against your opponent, titan, is a justifiable and legitimate strategy then it would reasonable to apply it to titan as it is demonstrate plausibility as per burn's scenario.
Re: stalling
First off, I agree with the "kick only" vote. That would seem like reasonable solution. However, that would merit there is a moderate in the game to begin with. Lets face the facts, it is hardly ever the case. A ban would just be a little too over the top. Even though, I will say it makes no difference if a builder stalls for two minutes or ten. It till is pretty annoying.
