So I'm using GProxy to play my games now; it's very useful since I don't drop..blah blah blah!!

However, I use /filter "[ent] dota" to see only DotA games from ENT. The problem is, games aren't refreshed. I sometimes wouldn't see games in lobby if it has players in it and if I join and game then leave, I won't see this game in the "LAN" unless the game starts and a new one is created.

Is there something to be done or a command to refresh the game list? if not, could one be made?

You need to use /game [gamename] instead. Or use ENT Connect.

You could try doing /public and see if that game is on the game list. Or you can do what uakf.b suggested. Personally I would find the latter more reliable as you can make sure it shows up in your LAN game list but the former can prove to be more useful if you're lazy.
