well then thank you for your kindness. I was certainly not part of the brq or appeal but I hold mods to a higher standard as they are stewards of the community. Their actions should be available for public criticism (If appeals/brqs did not want public opinion why not make it private?). My words might not have been the best phrased but his post/content/& intent is something that i don't think i should be seeing from someone who is a moderator in the community. Maybe you disagree, but i digress.

Are you familiar with tve and the action that rule targets? I believe you are misinterpreting what that rule is trying to prevent and not the mods. The worker guild when incomplete, only at very early stages of the build process, is not clickable. but it becomes clickable as the building continues being built. being on the ramp or not is not part of the rule as having an unclickable building that blocks access to the wall, the troll has to run up, hold, break structure, run to wall, hit wall. that whole cycle can take away a few seconds of wall-poking for the troll. (fwiw i also dont agree with this rule)

i dont remember/can speak accurately to how the worker guild was used to block in fiji's case but in my situation my worker guild was almost completely finished being built, so the structure appears as if it were completed and was clickable so i was not breaking the rule. if in fiji's case if he built the worker guild with it barely being completed, the structure itself doesn't show (the "base" of the building shows) and and thus is not clickable and blocks - then he violated the rule and it is a rightful ban. if that was not the case and he completed the structure to a point that the main building was able to be clicked on then i agree that it was a wrongful ban.

I would give him the benefit of the doubt. he's a fair player in other games and has no history of any kind of abuse... except emotional abuse.

Mod regardless. Thankfully youre not ent staff for the better of the community. Youre meant to moderate the game for all players not just for your friends. What is embarassing is that youre obviously blinding supporting an unban for your friend regardless of whether he broke the rules or not. As a mod you are held to higher standards - if i played lihl i wouldnt trust you to do any real moderation as you are very clearly biased. You really shouldnt have posted on this appeal and Neymar here really shouldnt have tried to appeal as he very clearly knew what he was doing wrong. He isnt new and should have taken the ban with dignity instead of trying to badly feign innocence.

You are also jumping to conclusions, fiji and me are far from being friends, but i respect him, because every time when he did break a rule or made a mistake he was man enough to admit what he had done without trying to weasel out a ban. We had plenty of headbutting together and i disagree with a lot of things he does n says.
Still, from my 2 year long experience with him now i can definitely say that he is not the person that doesnt admit if he fucks up, or he disagrees with a ban on himself when moderation decided to go against his view on things.

Thats why from MY personal experience, if fiji says he didnt know it, he simply didnt.He can be a flamer, but he is not a lier.
And thats just my personal opinion im offering to ent moderation, as a player n member of this community.

No idea why u got so aggressive about this, i wasnt forcing my opinion on anybody, this is just a feedback for the ent staff mods to decide if he did glitch on purpose or not. Nothing else

i think this is where we run into a bit of a disagreement.. he has admitted to fault after the fact and has acknowledged his mistake (albeit afterwards). In his appeal his words are: i built a tricky place to hide from the troll, and missplaced my house . it is clear to both me and zeratul that it was not a "misplace". i think if you were to watch the replay, trying to stand by "misplace" will be hard which is why i came off as aggressive because as a mod (even just lihl) i believe that you should make informed and unbiased comments to brqs/appeals instead of basing your "unban asap" comment on anecdotal evidence.
