Im an LIHL mod, not ent staff. I was just giving my personal experience from his ingame behaviour in our league, which is known as fair and mannered in general.
I dont know the game or its goal, I just shared my experience with him and the feedback he has in our league.
Thats all n i dont think thats an embarassing thing to do

Mod regardless. Thankfully youre not ent staff for the better of the community. Youre meant to moderate the game for all players not just for your friends. What is embarassing is that youre obviously blinding supporting an unban for your friend regardless of whether he broke the rules or not. As a mod you are held to higher standards - if i played lihl i wouldnt trust you to do any real moderation as you are very clearly biased. You really shouldnt have posted on this appeal and Neymar here really shouldnt have tried to appeal as he very clearly knew what he was doing wrong. He isnt new and should have taken the ban with dignity instead of trying to badly feign innocence.

anyways the rule i believe im accused of is udner: General Rules, Do not ruin games, 6: Do not glitch the game on purpose.

i play troll and elves with a couple of lihl guys to relax and have fun, and im not aware of all its mechanics or glitches as this isnt the game i play the most when active. as snowblind says, im playing legion inhouse league the majority of time. And yes, theres no bullshit with me regarding rulebreaks, appart from soemtimes using harsh language ;D.. apparently thats SJW'ed too. anyways its not toxic, and im not a destructive kind of player who enjoy ruining a game for others, except for when winning a straight game.

in short: I dont know how i got banned, apparently i glitched a game that triggered someone. and here we are. im now fully aware of the glitch and i will not abuse it.

Eh .. despite wanting to believe your story, after watching the replay - He does sell/rebuild it twice around 1.50, which i could recognize as a mistake (We all know how we sell & build new at LTD, even on the same place sometimes xD), but he ends up doing the same again around 2.50 - so at that point it wasn't a mistake

Regarding the workers guild glitch - i recall seeing a brq denied ( viewtopic.php?f=24&t=132155 )recently claiming if troll can use reveal and attack it, it wasn't bannable (+ a mod was ingame that confirmed the same) - So did the rules change for mods friends (aka engra), or rules are interpreted as anyone sees fit? would love to see the explanation here on how the previous case was denied, and this one was approved.

And i can understand Anda's statement - Fiji isn't known for breaking the rules: Yes he did it this time, but in general, he doens't break them, thats what he meant

EDIT: Basically, when you sell the house and rebuild it, you keep the actual gold gain + the new one for a while if i recall it correctly (Instead of losing the gold gain, and starting new, it stacks up): thats not allowed, and therefore bannable per the rules

lul. ive played tve games with you before. you arent new/unaware. Take a step back and see whos making a fool out of who. i dont know who you are so im not attacking you out of spite or anything. I am agreeing that it is possible that you didnt know the rule before. However i am claming that you are trying to fool people here by saying "oops misplaced" which is clearly not the case. Can anyone watch the replay and realistically agree that it was "oops misplaced"?

Read my post then - In your case, merex was ingame and confirmed it wasn't bannable - same as Kappa did in the ban request posted, yet in this brq it was deemed as bannable: Simply wondering whats the difference between the cases (besides the processing mod, that is)

PS: Considering your "attack" on Anda's statements (which definitely showed your class), you're not playing the victim card now are you engra? Not surprised tho, but that's a different story; Anyways lets stick to the topic - feel free to PM me, if you want to discuss anything not relevant to the topic.

You may believe what u want guys, this game isnt somtehing i spend alot of time with. but if such a mistake or whatever you wanan call it can trigger some people worth of 5 days ban, then i simply wont play that game anymore, as its a waste of time playing with people like that.

As i have said on that thread i dont agree that house "glitching" should be bannable but it is there, so it is what it is

Not rly - Actually i've never even played with either Fiji or Anda (altho i do play LTD), did interact with them in the past, in other situations: Simply your comments towards anda/snowblind were unnecessary, specially when you're not even part of the appeal or the brq - you just bashed in to insult, and show your class (also known as disrespect) for him, and i kindly returned you the favor.

Now let's talk about rules: we both came to the conclusion he did violate the house glitch (refer to my first post), what i questioned is the validity of the workers glitch violation:

Do not use structures to block your entrance that neither yourself/the troll can click on.

That's the current rule in the wiki: In your game, you weren't banned for it (and another mod ingame confirmed it wasn't bannable); later on the brq that was posted, and a 2nd mod confirmed/deemed it not bannable -Yet this time, it was deemed bannable on Fiji's case, under the same circumstances -> Simply used your case to state that either: A) Rules are not being followed by all mods, B) Rules aren't clear to all moderators or C) Exceptions are being made - i'd rather believe it's B, and it was a misinterpretation by the moderator who banned Fiji.

PS: Now that we've settled the non relevant information, can you stick to the topic Engra (as in House glitch - confirmed violation/ workers glitch - questionable ban)? Thanks

In this case, it took less than 1 second for the troll to destroy it (considering it wasn't even on the ramp)
