Not banned and unable to find games?

I am unable to 'find games' however when said game is full, the prompt is that the game is full? Am I banned? I checked and can't find any bans under any of my names

No, USEast has some problems at the moment that's affecting the host bots, try joining on USWest or over ENT Connect.
