I've noticed ELO in games other than dota/ltd like cf and tree tag. Could you put elo in hero line wars lition on ent54? It's hosted quite a bit from what I can see and it'd be cool to try out elo in that map.

I think what he's trying to say is that Elo can only be added to maps have a winner and loser. For example, DotA has sentinel and scourge.

Yeah, the first team to lose 100 chances is defeated. It's triggered that way. The other team is declared the victor.
