Concentrate on the key words if you could.

1. Someone in Admin - The persons who banned Magiccookie in forum weren't ENT DotA Moderatiors.
The Admin who applied the ban was misled by the a Custom Moderator's writings. Thus the higher admin should not be blamed. All of us are prone to mistakes; we are just humans.
But someone has to take the blame for this, Mr. Raizen, as it appears Malicious that you are determined to ruin Magiccookie with false information.

For this, please give credit to my Team as they held back taking actions while solidifying firm Data.

2. Someone who isn't DotA Moderator nor MH certified attempted to ban Magiccookie in a non Fog Click situation, applying terrible analysis and concocted self made evidence that were non factual just pure accusations. Lack of Integrity in other words.

Dont talk about this french guy, cant remember this name at the moment but he does a lot of damage. I cant play anymore even one Dota match cause he might check all my games to find any evidence to blame me afterwards ... is this really annoying. He is just full of hatred and anger!

Upon seeing these comments made on you, may you consider stepping down for the betterment of the community.
Your presence and authority represent a continuous palpable risk of harming innocent players with Map Hack bans.

You had made a Grave mistake on Wed May 08, 2013. You Refused to take my advice to recheck before applying the ban. Worse, you Refused to Temporarily Unban the victim despite my intervention. I told you to get the evidence firm but you did not heed my sound advice. It took me to PM your boss for him to 'Force' you to remove the ban which was confirmed to be a known BUG in the Map as previously suggested by me.

I would like you all to get back on topic. The complaint is in regards to Againstracism/alphasori, magiccookie and q-trinity. All posts should be evidence to back up or disprove the information against these players.

Raizen caused this entire blunder. Check the facts. I'm sure you are not aware of the entire situation. I would suggest that you keep your hands clean of this accusation of Magiccookie Map Hacking.

Yes, this situation is complex. However, the complexity does not involve Mr. Matdas.

We are trashing out who is behind this entire setup to get Magiccookie maliciously banned with Naruto's Ban Request.
To me at this moment, Naruto is seen as a tool to ban an accused for MH.

And bear in mind, there is only one Admin involved here. I am looking at Raizen as my findings are pointing towards him.
So far, even the 2 Bnet players are somewhat convinced that Raizen is behind this. Even without them having access of internal issues.

Please stop linking this ban with Raizen; at this point this ban has nothing to do with him. It has already been made clear that the original evidence provided by Raizen is insufficient. Currently, since the other evidence that has been provided has been put into question, that evidence is being evaluated to determine if it is sufficient to warrant a ban on MagicCookie.

So far, Q-Trinity, all of your posts only consider Raizen's evidence for maphacking. You know that there is additional evidence since you provided it; without the additional evidence the ban would have been immediately overturned. So I really don't know why you're acting like this still has to do with Raizen; it's now your own evidence that you're contradicting, and only your own evidence. This has already been explained multiple times.

In other words, the only thing that can be said about Raizen now is that he made a mistake in the past. This mistake no longer has anything to do with the current ban, nor about the whispers in this thread.

Anyway, this complaint is about a user threatening OP over whisper. Any further unrelated discussion will be deleted from this thread; feel free to create a new topic for unrelated complaints.

I'm also splitting the complaint targeted at Raizen from this thread since it belongs in a separate discussion.

This is no longer relevant to the case. We already know that Raizen banned without sufficient evidence. We have already talked with Raizen to prevent further mistakes. In any case, after you and other moderators replied to the ban discussion with more information, the ban was validated (with evidence in addition to what Raizen posted), and therefore from that point on, fighting that ban inherently implies fighting all of the evidence supplied.

MagicCookie was temporarily unbanned (pending additional analysis) not because Raizen's evidence was insufficient, but because both that and other moderator's evidence was insufficient (since no one was willing to defend the evidence).

Nobody's perfect, you live and you learn it, cause everybody makes mistakes.

Raizen never banned magiccookies, the admin who applied the ban was me. I did based on qtrinity's evidence which now he says magiccookie is not a maphacker, so what's the point of this topic?
Raizen made a mistake, what about your mistakes trinity? First you say the guy is a mher, now you say the guy is innocent..
