[LOD] Bannable builds

Hello everyone!

There seems to be some different opinions on which builds are bannable in LoD at the moment.

Hence we thought it'd we wise to provide a list of the current bannable builds(/actions).

v6.85d:
1. Rearm + flameguard
2. Death pacting a zombie from a tombstone

Would be nice if a mod/admin could vouch for this list, so we have some clear guidelines.
