Go through your history, choose some good examples of your ban requests, comments on other requests, and comments on ban appeals and paste the links onto your application like I did so that I (and the other guys) have an easier time of reading through them.

It's definitely not required. Just a preference of mine to make it easier to go through your relevant posts. Also gives you a chance to editorialize yourself and show off what you think is your best stuff.

Looked at some of his past games, he "flames" his team a bit but he always gives suggestions to people who're willing to listen. So based on this and other things, I support this for now.

Also, I'm not telling him to do dota request, but helping staff around, would be a show of your intention over the communities. I've saw none. Just giving the replay when not attached, chat-log, stats page when need etc. Your acitvity since you applyed for the staff position seems low to me.

honestly. i think hes an ok guy. dont really know too much about him. from what ive seen hes really not giving us too much information or helping resolve any issues. so unless you get more requests turned in and continue to stay active on forum im gonna deny for now.

And I don't believe russe deserved a ban because he votekicked a player who was doing his own thing, does not cooperate as a team and wants to sabotage the game.

well i cant see what you do in chat all i can see is what is posted. there is more to being a moderator than just linking a few pages to people.

Indeed I will process requests on the spot if I could. I do a lot more than just 'link pages', hence the 'etc'

I just haven't seen enough of him on the forum where it counts to support his application. I would deny for now and let him reapply in a couple weeks after he stepped up his activity.

Act as if you could process ban requests on the spot. Weigh in on them. Same goes for ban appeals.
