Games not counting

I have played numerous dota games today where my stats have just not counted. I check under the stats, type the name, the game registers, but the stats do not apply to the account. This has happened several times today, why is this?

The News and Updates thread said there was maintenance with the possibility of data loss during the day and reading the other complaints in this thread that said the stats script update hasn't been put in place yet.
