Stats stutter

Dear Enterprise,

This is the second time i post this... due to the reason my mouse stutters somehow and i hope i got it fixed. it froze for 2 seconds n then continu to run for about every 40 seconds.. i lost 2 games horrible to that. and my question is to please reset it once again. last time i ask. i hope not asked to much. thanks alot!

i spoke to a mod in game (nz.death) and i asked if you could reset my account score. he promised me to do it if i'd sent him a private message but still didn't. i hope you can help me out. the reason i want it to be reset it because it was my first account and as times ticked away i've made my come back to dota. and i wish to start over with this username and begin ELO. Also i did validate my account. its northrend europe realm. always play Dota.

Only the people with a red name in the forum have the power to reset your stats. NZ.Death is a blue mod so he doesn't have the power to reset your stats. The only active people on the forum that are able to reset your stats are uakf.b and cyb3rpunk.

We actually did have the power to, through tge admin tab. But not anymore.
