Arena of the Gladiators for dota?

What about to make the Arena of the Gladiators? For instance: Head admins or players will chosse 5-6 gladiators( most strong players 1x1 or 5x5(in 1 team 5 glads) . They will create a topic and announce a time, where they will say when and how this game will provide. then players who wanna participate on it will reply on this tread. The point is if glads wins those players get clearstated, but if regular players could find a way to communicate with each other out and win it, they will get +50 elo for a win.
