Where can I find guides?

Hello everyone, I am new to this game and I was wondering where I could find guides for certain builders? I found some but they were for older versions so it didnt work that well. Does anybody know any guides for some builders (preferably demi and merc) for the 3.5 BETA version?

I think 3.41 is still more popular, but if you just watch teamates that are good you should figure out build orders pretty quickly.
