I don't think there should be any consequences against willie at this moment.

If someone doesn't play as a team member, then this needs to be looked more indepth then just willie leaving.

You guys should have a look at the replay, Were suppose to be playing as a team, and willie felt that Oxodus wasent playing as a teammember, and to actually ragequit over the matter, then that speaks louder then willie leaving.
