Hello again.
As I've told you in the pub game already I think that you aren't ready for LIHL yet.
Generally you go way too low income, make some bad building choices and your positioning is also off which also shows that you aren't "understanding" the game (ofc you are good compared to the average player, but LIHL needs more than that).

Just a notice from me: I don't think that re-applying anytime soon will result in a vouch, but ofc you can go for it if you think that you have improved.
