@spkj01 Imo your weakest point is building-placement (and decision-making after lvl 10, but that one wont be an issue as you will most-likely listen anyway). Your yolo is okayish, often I get the feeling that you don't/can't calculate the round-money etc. You definitely need to rework your wolverine-yolo as it is too slow. Another sidenote is that 3 prisoners hold lvl 4. You don't need a 4th one for it.

I feel a little uneasy about vouching you, but I'll do it. If my gut-feeling turns out to be wrong and I get showered with complaints, I'll have to revoke it. spkj@useast vouched now.
