I don't see any intentional ruining here... What did you expect Ursa to do at the min 28 fight? he would have just died with you guys. He doesn't have BKB and he knows axe was waiting to jump in to call if he joined. You guys got owned and opposite team had better heroes and team work. Your min 31 min complaint doesn't indicate he is intentionally feeding or ruining... You were standing next to him and if it was you who got caught by Axe you wouldn't even report that instance.

Note to all - There is a CLEAR distinction to what intentional ruining/feeding is vs players who are trying their best but can not overcome a better team. Do not waste our time on trying to ban someone for poor game play or if your team is just getting owned and want to blame someone for it.
