I mean... game was kinda over at that point. It's not like him not afking would've changed the result. If it was him afking and refusing to play when you guys had a chance to win, it'd be a different story. Game literally ended a minute after he refused to play.

As for the dodging, I can't really do anything about it unless he actually dodges.
