some of you may know who this player is
it is a player who joins mega and euro bot and trolls and tries to lose on purpose.
I have seen multiple ban requests on him with replays, and all have been denied

no offense to moderators' judgment but "spamming mines is a viable build" how can you believe that?
the guy is trying to lose on purpose he admits it, look at his name!

the guy wants to lose on purpose, sends ghoul/archer etc during send rounds and just wants to lose the game to get attention for having lowest elo on ent. why is this allowed? this should be considered griefing and should be bannable

I am 100% sure that he is capable of playing the game properly but he just wants to TK and lose elo so he can have the attention he wants

Alternate solution: At least reset his elo maybe that will change his mind about losing and start thinking about contributing to the game

With a name like this it should be obvious to anyone who's somewhat minded that he's losing on purpose and tries to take pride in being the lowest elo player. I've had players like this in LoL aswell. People with names such as "IwillTroll247" still being allowed to play the game, despite it being INSANELY OBVIOUS what they're doing. Fact is: There is no rule that tells you that you're not allowed to send mass whelp/dino when your team is sending 17, the only rule is that you have to teamsend; which you're doing. There also isn't a rule about what towers you have to build. The reason people like this are not getting banned is because mods don't want to be responsible for making a decision like this, or they're not allowed to. Because fact is: players like that are aware of the rules and are using the exact wording to their advantage. A mod that is going purely by the ruleset can't and won't ban him for that... The player would go nuts and then blame the mod for banning him for no reason and would get through with it. That's the reality... It's non different in real life. There is so many people being called "innocent" by law and don't have to go to jail, because there is no evidence or they found a legal loophole that they managed to abuse. Everyone who was involved in such cases, even the judge who pledged for innocent, knew this guy was guilty because everything on him screamed out that he was (like this guy here calling himself LowestEloEver), but their hands are tied. So yeah... Aslong as no mod is willed to "get his hands dirty" and simply ban cancer players like this for their name and extremly obvious reasonings this guy, and others, will remain unpunished and continue to ruin games.

The reason no one has banned him is due to lack of replays of game ruining behavior being provided in ban requests. Duh.

As far as the brqs with replays, i have only seen ONE where a replay was provided.

We need a replay to verify that he is doing something contributing to these losses rather than just bad luck. Sorry if we don't ''take your word'' on it.

Following your idea, then we would be banning a lot of players, if we based that decision on ELO/Score/Rank or w/e you wanna consider for your logic. This is a community that hosts for everyone, and we welcome, i repeat, we WELCOME every player (may they be good or bad, new or old player). We won't ban any player, based on the idea that you're implying on this topic - If he is indeed game ruining, as some of you are stating, then finding replays where he does it, shoulnd't be hard to find, and report (Regarding some of the situations mentioned, i've seen some people playing with mines where it actually worked (Taking the gamble has a risk: Sometimes it pays off, and others it doens't); About send levels - you can make an effort and name what you want to send (What is clear/logical for you, might not be for others - may it be due to the lack of skill/communication (caused by language barrier)).

You're speaking about Legion TD, yet i could name you a player from DotA (Pretty sure most have seen him before https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/?u=mexican_wisp ), and yet with that low elo/score/k/d/a, the few times i played with him, he was able to prove to me that he can play good if people actually support and try to help him (He ended positive in our games); Obviously not all will do it, but remember the first times you started playing, and failing, and remember how people treated you, and you might imagine how they feel, after all,when people try to votekick them for their low ELO, avoiding them, flaming, cursing, etc.

Anyways i'm locking this topic - If a player is seen violating any of the current rules, you can report them via ban request, presenting evidence of such, and we will take action, after reviewing the evidence presented (However always try to be more cooperative, and reach these rare cases - they aren't bad players if you place an effort trying to help them).
