When to use !draw in LTD 1100+ ?

Hi, I'd like to know if we are allowed to do not write !draw on 1100+ ? in which case are we obligated to draw ( according to any rules ? ) and on which ones are we not obligated ? ( and more specifically when someone drops connection ) thanks.

!draw is simply a vote. No obligation, no rule.

LTD 1100+ has better quality players, so many do expect a !draw if someone disconnects.
It is all a question of sportsmanship.

If you do not draw on 1100+ to an obvious and reasonable disconnect, prepare to get dodged by regulars.

none expects a draw on level 23 and none expects a draw if someone flat out leaves or leaks 30 on 6 and "disconnects"

Use your best judgment and be sporting.

Always before lvl 20

Out of hundreds of 1100+ I played only once I didn't draw because of DC/merc/etc because it was an obvious intentional disconnect to save game. Otherwise I always draw before level 20
