bannable?

theres a guy named BlowMeRed who is ruining games. dont know why, but its a freaking nightmare to play with this guy.

is there a way to ban him? or there's anything i can do that will make u ban him?

First of all if you want someone to be banned it would be easier if you knew which rule he actually broke
