cross building

hey guys i m fairly new in legion played about 50 games so far, I feel like I learn really fast and already won games against 1700 elo stackers. Anyway since I'm willing to learn more and more about this game i watched a few replays of legion inhouse league and what I saw is that they never do cross building. Now here 's my question, is it just forbidden to cross build in ih-league or is it generally better to do single build?

Cross building is indeed forbidden in LIHL.

Yea, in LIHL you can only build alone on your lane, no double building, no cross building.

will read it when i apply for vouch but need to get a bit more familiar. So cross building is actually indeed better?

If executed properly, yes. But it still has some weaknesses. If you want to apply for LIHL soonish and are rather new in LTD you should play solo lane tho so you don't "waste" time getting familiar with cross building and instead get used to the LIHL style.

ye i'll apply when i feel like i'm ready, now i m more or less the lvl of 1200-1400 elo guys and am a bit familiar with what to build at what lvl and well i do both solo and cross building.
