Sorry about this topic... But I am quite unsure on this.
So I played some Legion. And obviously the other side of my team didnt want to cross .. well one of them didnt want to. The other one wanted to "income" and simply didnt build. We literally screamed at him to build but he insisted in not doing so.
Even after level 3 he didnt really build (100 val). So for me this is clearly a troll that has to get kicked but the other team didnt want to kick him. Is this a violation of the rules?

Why not post a ban-request? https://entgaming.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=8

But I don't know what you are trying to achieve by posting it here.
Did you want to know whether certain plain bad play can be considered trolling/game ruining and thus should be bannable?

Well, not really. Or is "not building at all although being clearly noticed to build" just bad play?

well. if he did quit, he gets autoban. but im not 100% sure about the kick-refuse. if its plain, that he was trolling, he must be banned, but if somebody cant see it and know it for sure (eg he is in other team) or doesnt rate is as gameruin, he do not have to vote for the kick imo

Well yes, that makes sense. But if the remaining two people of a team tell them he DOES troll and that they can watch replay or get US banned for lying ...?

To clarify how to behave when you are on the opposite team and there's no possibility to know 100% what's going on:
If a votekick is started, communicate in all chat. Ensure to ask what the user is banned for, perhaps wait for some more players to answers instead of just one. Voice your concerns in all chat - if you've doubts, say it. If not, fine.
The more you write in chat while the votekick is active, the better you can defend yourself on a ban appeal - if the mod didn't already take your concerns into account while checking the chat.
If you just silently vote !yes or entirely ignore the votekick request, then there's no way the staff can know what you thought in that moment and will either ban you for refusing to vote or ban you for abusing the vote.

Re: Is being really dumb a reason to get banned?
I just dont understand how banning works here. If a player just doesnt want to build although no one crosses with him and the whole team tells him to build and he refuses this is NOT a reason to kick the player? Although he doesnt even build in the following levels?
So you can just do whatever you like and fuck peoples games up and no one may dare to kick these guys...

it is a reason to kick them! if they refuse to build its considered gameruin. u are allowed to kick them and after the game u can report them and they will get banned.
