If you are having trouble validating all your team member's usernames for the tournament, then make a post here with your team name, your event (for example, DotA), and the usernames. The usernames will then be validated under your forum account, which means that they'll be validated under your team; then, those usernames will be able to join the tournament games.

Example post:

Team name: uakf.b
Event: Legion TD Mega
Accounts to add: awesome_pro@uswest, not_pro@useast, blah@useast

Team AwA
Dota
Aaron
Antbug
Doh-tah
nerla
demon.dap3
QKismyname
uknowit

All but last two were validated under you already, I added the last two (still assuming USEast).

I deleted his team, you should be able to invite him now.

If they already registered forum accounts, tell them to visit http://clanent.net/tourney/ so that their forum accounts are registered with the tournament system. Then you should be able to invite them to your team.

For forum account, tell him to visit http://clanent.net/tourney so it can register with tournament system.
