Occasioanally I find myself playing wintermaul for fun in between dota games when I am waiting for my friends. One thing that has recently come to my attention is that this game will not allow a votestart without 8 people in the game. The game is set to start when 4 people are in the game and often times I find that 3 people end up waiting very long. With this suggestion I am hoping to allow a 3 person votestart for wintermaul. I simply feel this would be beneficial because I have yet to play a single wintermaul with a full game

Ok, added !votestart to the bot with minimum three players (eight is the default, means votestart isn't really enabled; I think even DotA bots have it).
