What do you think about a host bot that changes map each time, and picks map randomly from a reasonably large selection?

I think it could be cool. You would just have to make sure they are all maps that don't interfere with one another. (aka Castle Fight, Swat: Aftermath, etc.)

Well they'd be maps that aren't autohosted elsewhere (pass the bomb, freeze tag, hungry hungry felhounds, freeze tag, bomber command, maybe worm war, freeze tag, etc.).

I had a similar idea for this at BGN once.
How about to use all the autohost suggestions not accepted to fill that list?
Build a list to the bot only host the maps suggested and not accepted.

Maybe if some of them get popular get a auto host only for it

However, the bot should probably reset itself after 15 minutes or so and host a new map if the lobby remains unfilled.

No sense in hosting maps that aren't getting played!

This is probably a good way to monitor what maps are popular and those maps can be promoted to ones that are regularly hosted? (Or are those maps that are hosted regularly chosen another way?)
