Show what forum a topic is posted under title

@uakf.b On the mobile version, if you click "view active topics" or "view new posts", every post shows what displays the forum under its name so you know if something is a ban request or a ban appeal or a complaint. On the full version, you have to click the topic and open it up to see which forum it is under.
Can we add the forum name under the title of the topic in those views for feature parity with the mobile site?
