Proposal for New Rule

I propose a new rule for Island Defense (implemented through the bot) that creates a requirement for a minimum number of games played with the bot before one can play as Titan. A competent Titan is arguably the most essential player for a game to be worthwhile. I have played many games in which the Titan had never played ID, and in these cases, the game is invariably short-lived and ruined.
This new requirement would at the very least provide a Titan that has some understanding, though minimal, of the game's objectives and mechanics. No guarantee could be made that the Titan would be completely competent and that every game would be worthwhile, but the new rule would provide a function to weed out some portion of the "chaff," thereby effectively increasing the percentage of worthwhile games.
I do believe that this would be quite easy to implement.
