Autohost Civilization Wars 2.32

Slot layout if applicable (for example, if some slots need to be closed):

Number of players until autostart:
6 (3vs3) are auggested
but the map supports so called XvX modes between 1v1 and 3v3
so add !votestart when at least 2 players are in lobby?

Problems with map (like cheats and such), if any:

exploit of a weakness of the AI possible (pulling), but we made a custom rule for it already:

Player 1 (red) player can type special/custom modes. We only consider the non-custom mode as the pro mode and relate all balance suggestion to it.
Due to recording davanced stats (win/lose, elo): so if red wants to do a custom mode, he should iannounceit by in the lobby?

Why the map should be autohosted:
it's a small update of the current version that was once made to be final
a first step then many others could follow

Special notes:
The old version has been around for 4-5 years now.
I would to continue map, not create a a complete new game.
There is still lots of work to code recoding the old UMSWE stuff. Help would be appreciated. Contact me if you are interested.

The format of suggestion is autohost for new map; is this supposed to be new host bot, or just update the existing one?
