remove/disable lihl owner kick

nabo, nore and I want it removed or disabled for owners of lihl games. I assume
@matdas and
@armedanddeadly agree to it, too.
There's no point in having owners having such power as they clearly fail to properly make use of it. Votekick is sufficient enough for players of a league.

I agree there is no point if someone is clearly breaking a serious rule they will votekick and draw.

!kick it does work unless you guys changed already. I am saying that !kick is not needed and can be abused easily

!kick doesnt work !open though works.Though i dont see the logic of punishing whole league for 1 person.

i wonder why this topic was not brought up in LIHL section, since it only regards LIHL ?

@armedanddeadlyRegardless who was the cause, doesnt change the fact !kick isnt needed.
@DongBecause it is a suggestion obviously.
