I have a suggestion if the player leaves the game then it would show the ban in game. For instance, player quit the game then the bot should show the bans on the player that is leaving "leaver after $gametime ($ratio) on $realm [($year-$month-$day)] - $gametitle."
It should show something like this testing123 is a leaver after 00:11:40 (5v4*) on Azeroth [(2015-04-26)] - [ENT] dota apem ca/us#20 - which it has a ban reason or other system that has been in place such as "new player leaver #games=", autoban left at" etc.
Instead of having this "testing123 has left the game voluntarily." Which just tells the person has left the game.
So people can be aware of that and think before they leave the game.
It goes with any other auto hosted games that has auto ban leaver on.
Bots should show the bans in game message.

sometimes autoban needs some seconds to kick in though. also not all times somebody leaves he is getting banned.
so this would be kinda hard to implement imo.

Leaving in lobby takes longer than getting kicked by the bot. You can tell by the time whether he is banned. Furthermore, if players are banned or leaving the lobby because they feel for it is none of your business.Which just tells the person has left the game.
