Do not intentionally clog: Players must have close to half of the recommended value unless incomer in cross.
What exactly is "close" to half of the recommended value? I feel like this needs clarification. Close is simple not informative enough, no one really knows what close is. LvL 8 for example has 1450 rec value, so 50% would be 725. What exactly would be considered close in this scenario? One might argue 600 is close, while another says it's way off. If you really want to keep this rule to prevent clogging from happening, you should make this clear, because with the "close" statement people will just bend the rule. Example: If you play mortars and you have 7 engineers for 6, which is 490 value, in some cases you really see no chance to possibly hold 8/9 by any means, so you just go 7/5 there and come back post 10 with income. So yeah, for a scenario like this, where you're not clogging but being "close" to 50% rec value, simply because you don't really have another choice for optimal gameplay, it would be really helpful to have a definition of what "close" really is, so you won't get banned without actually clogging.

Dont think about being close. Have 725 and there wont be any issues. You build to not clog that is the whole point.
Note that clogging usually happens due to whole team leaking a lot. If you alone leak using engineers at lvl 8 and you are less than half of the recommended value and decide to push further, we wont punish you for that.
If you feel that your team will clog due to w/e units u guys have, build. Simple.

@nabo.So i use Akitos example.
you are forced to have 725 Value even with engineers where you have no chance to hold?
or let's just take lvl 10. i have archers but i play income archers (7/7 or 7/8 pre 10) i guess i got no level where i am close to have half value.
This Rule definately needs some clarification.
I know its hard to get an Anti-Clog Rule but i hope there will be a way to find it
(Btw. best Anti Clog mode: -hpli)

I said if there is clog. If you leak alone, NO ISSUE.
Dont tell me you cant build half of the recommended value for any round. Perhaps pushing more could be more optimal in the long-run since you are accumulating more lumber for more early income, but I do not care. I rather compromise that option and minimize number of clog cases.
Again, do not underbuild to risk clogging scenarios. Just because we say "close", dosent mean you should " play around the fences". Suicide incoming hard is just one way of playing + requires multiple person for clog to happen.
If you wanna play -hpli, feel free to be red, announce the mode, and play it.

Well.. That's the point nabo.... I thought so too, but i recently got banned for having less than 50% rec value without my team clogging. So i think it would be nice to know what exactly close means.

@akitosBut you had 470 value at arena which is nowhere near half recommended value?
I guess guennter banned you as a warning for underbulding. I'll ask guennter and ask about his decision. Your appeal was approved.
You can quote me if another mod bans you for having too low value with reasonable towers + there is NO clog. If there is, idc.
"close" will depend on wat towers you have. Just dont underbuild too much and risk clogging. It is not hard to build half the recommended value.
