!ff after ten mins plz

Can you change the !ff rules to only after 10 mins after the horn sounds? Having trouble with players typing !ff too early and if they just hang in there we can win. I'm an lod player is why I say 10 mins after the horn cause the pick takes a long time. Thanks.
@uafk.bAlso it should auto draw if one team is short two less players than the other team has in the first 5 mins AFTER THE HORN.

So basically, adjust the timers for DotA LoD.

i dont like 4/5 ff plz make it 5/5 too many times ive lost cuz bad players dont realize the late game potential and give up prematurely. Im talkig about normal DotA.

Since we have reduced !ff requirement, probably it is a good idea to make !ff available after 15-20 minutes into the game?

The LoD is now at ten minutes minimum (same as DotA).
